Terms of Service

1. Membership & Participation

As a member of 82 Gems, you are welcome to join and depart the community at your convenience. We strive to maintain an open and professional environment for all users.

2. Provider Transactions & Liability

Any services, products, or courses acquired from providers are solely between the provider and the community member. 82 Gems acts as a directory and facilitator but is not a party to these direct transactions.

3. Refund Policy

All monetary transactions are considered final. 82 Gems will not be responsible for refunds unless:

• Valid proof is supplied by both parties (the member and the provider).
• The claim is reviewed and confirmed by the 82 Gems support team.

4. Dispute Resolution

82 Gems will endeavor to help resolve any disputes that may arise between parties. However, please be aware that this process is thorough and may take:

• Two weeks to one month for standard disputes.
• Potentially longer if complex financial matters are involved.

5. Community Conduct & Prohibited Content

Any violation of these conduct rules will result in immediate dismissal from the community without a subscription refund.
